On October 20–21, the Groundwater Institute, in collaboration with the Indianapolis Foundation, will host a powerful 1.5-day immersive training designed to give leaders the deep understanding and practical tools needed to drive organizational and societal impact. This formative experience equips participants with the ability to clearly see how systems produce the outcomes we live with today, while offering a framework and shared language that fosters stronger problem-solving and collaboration.
